"Having picked up our first ever touring caravan, we drove straight to South Lytchett Manor to 'try it out'. The area is beautiful and there is lots to do and see - we had a lovely walk round the beach at Sandbanks. The site was clean, well organised, the toilet block was great - lovely, warm, clean, powerful,large showers, all looked brand new. Site was quiet at night, even when full. Pitch size was perfect - our van is nearly 8m, and we had plenty of space. We had a few teething problems with our caravan, but help was always on hand, and we would definitely go back".

South Lytchett Manor Caravanning and Camping Park is situated on land that once belonged to the historic South Lytchett Manor House, where three generations of the Lees family lived while Lords of the Manor at Lytchett Minster. > See history.

In 2007, the natural beauty of the park was at the forefront when new owners Joanne and David Bridgen invested in the development and extension of all site facilities, with every care taken to house new, modern amenities in oak-framed buildings complementing the site's peaceful, countryside environment.
Today a strong emphasis is placed on promoting a green and sustainable holiday environment. Ever mindful of environmental issues, South Lytchett Manor takes care to encourage birds and wildlife of all types, and to maintain plant and animal habitats.A recycling scheme is also run on the campsite to minimise its impact on the environment.
Offering everything needed for a wide range of holidays including budget breaks, family caravanning and camping trips to motor home tours, South Lytchett Manor is the ideal choice for holidays in the South West.
The site is run as a family venture. Site Managers Dane and Chris, proprietors Joanne and David, and all the other members of the team work together to help make each and every holiday as special and enjoyable as possible.
