South Lytchett Manor - the top campsite in Dorset!
South Lytchett Manor has been named the top campsite in Dorset for the second year running by Practical Caravan.

The 'Practical Caravan Readers' Award 2009 was presented during the Caravan and Boat Show at Birmingham's National Exhibition centre and follows further improvements and investment which have taken place at the site during the closed season.

South Lytchett Manor is now actively working towards a 5 Star status with the Enjoy England Rose Award and the AA, and now offers an extended season to visitors being open until October 31st each year. This will allow campers and caravanners to visit the site during the October half term holiday.

How's that again?!
Tell us what you like - (and even what you don't!) and we'll be all ears. It's only by visitors making suggestions and letting us now when we're on the right track that we can keep the site in tip-top shape. For example, recent requests have led to us installing a larger freezer, more coat hooks and spare chairs in the communal areas, so if you'd like us to make changes, it's well worthwhile making yourself heard!
A free holiday for four at South Lytchett Manor Caravanning and Camping Park will be the top prize in a great new competition open to all park visitors in 2009!

All you have to do to enter is complete an entry form (available from site reception or can be downloaded here) and send it to us, with the holiday photo you think best represents your stay at South Lytchett Manor. We'll put a selection on our website and choose one as the winner in December of 2009*.

The prize will include the cost of a touring caravan or camping pitch for four people for one week in 2010, plus £100 of vouchers to use in the site shop. So what are you waiting for? Get snapping!
