(These have been formulated for the benefit and enjoyment of all our visitors)
1. Arrival: Campers and day visitors must register at reception before entering the main site. Pitches will be available from 12 noon. PITCHES MUST BE VACATED BY 11.00AM ON DAY OF DEPARTURE. An extension fee will be charged after 11.00am if available. 2. Single sex/large parties only by agreement on booking. 3. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee to hold your booking unless we receive the balance of payment at least 28 days prior to arrival. 4.No guarantee can be given for any choice of pitch preferred. Caravan tow hitches and campervan windscreens must face the driveway. 5. Cars, caravans, awnings, tents etc must be contained within the pitch reserved. UNITS MUST BE PITCHED TO THE RIGHT OF THE PITCH NUMBER. 6. The management are prepared to consider re-allocation of pitches within any given booking period, subject to availability. 7. Maximum power loading on electrical outlets is sufficient for lighting, TV., fridge, microwave oven and shaver but NOT standard domestic kettle. 8. The Park is responsible for the safety of the electrical system up to the socket on the hook-up point at the pitch. It is the responsibility of the camper to ensure that the plug, cable and associated sockets used to connect between the hook-up point to the camper’s unit is safe. The Park will not accept any responsibility for any accident or loss arising from the use of unsuitable or unsafe electrical equipment connected to the Park’s hook up point. Do not let children play around the electric hook-up points or cables. 9. All cars, caravans, awnings, tents etc which are parked in the vicinity of trees are at the sole risk of the owner, and the management cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by falling trees or parts there from. 10. All rubbish/re-cycling must be placed in the bins provided. 11. Barbeques may be used providing they are raised above ground level. THE LIGHTING OF FIRES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. ANYONE BREAKING THIS RULE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK. STRICTLY NO LOG BURNERS OR FIRE BASKETS. 12. The management will not be held responsible for damage to clients’ property by fire, theft or injury to persons whilst on the site. 13. Radios, TV’s etc should be played at a volume that will not disturb others. 14. QUIET MUST BE OBSERVED BY 10.30PM FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF OTHERS. 15. Cars, caravans, boats, jet skis etc must not be washed on site. 16. Caravan guests must use a breathable groundsheet. 17. Grey and chemical waste must be disposed of at the points provided and not allowed to enter the soakaways. 18. MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH (walking pace only) 19. Dogs must be kept on a short lead at ALL TIMES. Dog owners are responsible for the disposal of ANY fouling. A designated dog walking area is provided. A maximum of two dogs per unit unless by prior agreement. Certain breeds may not be accepted. 20. Children must be under the supervision of their parent/guardian on ALL areas of the Park at all times. The pond area is strictly out of bounds to non-accompanied children. 21. Transit vans, work or commercial vehicles displaying advertising , must be parked in the car park and must be by arrangement only. 22. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in you being asked to leave the Park at any time without refund. 23. The management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person at any time. 24. No cycling after dusk. 25. WE REGRET WE ARE UNABLE TO GIVE REFUNDS. 26. Cancellation – please ensure you have suitable insurance to cover cancellation or financial loss. 27. All visitors must report to reception. PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING. |
