Our award-winning amenities blocks are cleaned at regular intervals throughout the day. With modern showers, shaving sockets, power points, heating, piped music, fresh flowers and a dedicated disabled/family room. We think they’re some of the best shower and toilet blocks around!

Food and drink

South Lytchett Manor has a well-stocked shop and cafe on-site, which sells camping essentials and a selection of food and drink. For the convenience of campers, there a large freezer for ice packs and a microwave available in our information room. During the busier seasons, we are delighted to open our onsite bakery. If you’re interested in purchasing a few fresh pastries and baked goods, simply head down to our shop which restocks produce daily.

If you are looking to dine out there are a number of local pubs within walking distance of South Lytchett Manor, which serve a delicious selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For local takeaway menus, visit our information hub.

South Lytchett Manor is a dog-friendly campsite in Dorset. We take great pride in providing a range of facilities for your well-behaved four-legged friends. We offer a free dedicated dog shower to wash off muddy paws and an off-lead exercise area for them to stretch their legs. You’ll also find a variety of delightful dog walks right from the park, and if you’re in the mood for a beach day, there are dog-friendly beaches nearby.

South Lytchett Manor is one of the best campsites in Dorset. Our central location affords guests easy access to a number of picturesque towns and villages in the local area. We highly recommend venturing into the nearby Poole to check out the bustling harbourside. Bournemouth is also well worth a visit.

Some of the best beaches along the south coast are just a simple short drive or bus ride from the park. Iconic beauty spots such as Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove and Old Harry Rocks are around 30 minutes away, as well as lesser known view points along the Jurassic Coast.

  • Regular buses stop outside main gates, to Poole, Swanage or along the coast to Weymouth. No need to move your motorhome!
  • Onsite Coffee offering in High Season creating barista style coffee, tea, hot chocolate and limited edition breakfast options.
  • Onsite bakery in Shoulder and High Season baking fresh pastries and bread every day.
  • Poole Ferry Terminal is five minutes away and offers services between Poole and Guernsey, Jersey, Cherbourg and St. Malo, Brittany.
