South Lytchett Manor is ideally placed for visitors wanting to explore the local area by pedal power. There’s an excellent network of cycle paths extending throughout the county, providing a safe and easy way to explore various points of interest.
If you don’t want to travel far, there are scenic routes through Upton Country Park and along Poole Harbour just moments from the park. If you want to explore slightly further afield you can head to neighbouring towns and villages, including Bournemouth, Swanage and Wareham.
We’re delighted to offer cycle hire at our camping and caravan park near Poole. All of our bikes are maintained to the highest standards, with helmets, puncture repair kits and locks included for added peace of mind.
We have a selection of adults, junior, child and infant bikes available to hire for competitive prices, so the whole family can get involved! Multi-day discount is available, if you fancy using the bikes for the duration of your stay.
South Lytchett Manor has plenty to offer cycling holiday guests. We have a wide range of accommodation to choose from, including spacious touring and camping pitches as well as cosy glamping accommodation.
Our award-winning amenities block is bound to be a welcome sight at the end of a difficult ride. Enjoy a warming shower, before retreating to your accommodation to relax in preparation for more adventures the next day.
If you’re gear’s a bit muddy, there’s no need to worry – we have an outside tap with hose pipe to give your bike the once over. There’s also an on-site laundrette with washing and drying facilities if you need to clean your kit before retreating for the night.
We know cycling can be thirsty work, so don’t forget to have a look around our well-stocked shop to pick up some bits to set you up for the day. We have a range of local produce on offer as well as freshly baked treats and drinks made in our on-site café.
If you need to refuel at the end of the ride, you’ll find some excellent pubs just a short walk from the park.
