South Lytchett Manor is known for top quality, clean and modern facilities, highlighted by the Diamond Loo of the Year Award 2024. This combination of excellent facilities and ideal location make South Lytchett Manor one of the best holiday campsites – not only in Dorset, but in the whole UK.
With a continual focus on guest led annual improvements, you can be rest assured that every year there will be something new to experience and explore during your stay at South Lytchett Manor. Furthermore, you will be delighted by the award winning facilities and amenities available.
Renovated in 2018, three heated amenity buildings offer excellent facilities including family bathrooms, a fully compliant disabled bathroom, two family shower rooms, professional standard hairdryers and full length mirrors and piped music. Superb disabled shower rooms are also available. These facilities are checked and cleaned throughout the day to ensure they are constantly at their best – a fact that has been recognised by The Loo of the Year Awards who have awarded South Lytchett Manor the Diamond Award for three years in a row.

No matter your requirements, we will have a pitch for you. There are large pitches suitable for twin axle vehicles and large tents right up to a limited amount of pitches that would take an RV. We have hard standing pitches – perfect for touring caravans and motorhomes or we have your back to nature non electric standard camping pitches.
For those that like that little bit of extra comfort, fully serviced pitches with water, waste, TV connection and electric hook ups are available in our highly popular Paddock and Randall areas of the Park.
Don’t have your own equipment? No problem! We have a wide range of Glamping options, including handcrafted bowtop Romany caravans, cosy Shepherd Huts, Glamping pods and Star-gazing yurts. These were all carefully created by our very own staff onsite.
For more information on pitches available, have a look at the specific pages for motorhomes, caravan, camping or glamping stays.
There are two buses that stop at the main gates. The Purbeck Breezer Route 40 travels between Swanage, Wareham, and Poole, and the award-winning Jurassic Coaster X54 which travels along the Jurassic Coast to Weymouth. You can download timetables for both services here.
