We have a small on-site shop for guests to use during a caravan, glamping or camping holiday at South Lytchett. It is well stocked, with a variety of locally sourced products and any essentials you’re likely to need during your stay. Our convenience store is licensed to sell alcohol including a selection of beer, cider and wine. You can also pick up sweet treats, biscuits and cakes.
Our well-stocked shop is situated next to reception and the friendly team will be on hand to help you find anything you need. You can purchase a range of meat to cook up a storm on the BBQ as well as vegetables, salad items, milk, bread, tea, coffee, canned goods, chocolate, dog biscuits and sweets*.
Baked goods including rolls, bread, croissants, pastries and scones are handmade on site each morning, providing you easy access to a fresh and tasty breakfast to start your day off right! We sell eggs laid by our lovely chickens, which you can see whilst walking around our grounds.
* Some items are only stocked in the peak summer season.
We try to stock produce from local suppliers wherever possible to support our neighbours and introduce our customers to the fantastic makers on our doorstep. Dorset is home to some of the best farmland in the country, so it’s no wonder we have such an abundance of producers to choose from! We’re proud to sell Dorset Tea, Moore’s Biscuits, Sandbanks Cider, Tanglefoot Beer and Jams from A Jar Of in Dorchester.
We have a good selection of camping and caravan equipment for sale in our shop. This includes tent pegs, mallets, air beds, sleeping bags, gas cannisters and TV hook up cables. If you need something a little more specialist there are outdoor shops just a short drive away.
Low season – 9-5pm
Mid season – 8.30am-6pm
High season – 8am-10pm
(Opening times subject to change at our discretion)
If you can’t find what you’re looking for in our on-site shop, there is a convenience store in Upton, just 3 minutes’ drive from our site. Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s and M&S superstores are all within easy reach (around 10 minute’s drive away in Poole).
