Chequers Inn is owned by husband and wife team, Tim and Vanessa. It is situated in the nearby village of Lytchett Matravers, just a short drive from our caravan and camping park near Poole.

There is a wide selection of food and drink available for lunch and dinner – with plenty to suit all tastes. Choose from delicious sandwiches, pub classics, starters and light bites.

Takeaway

If you fancy dining back at the park you can order a takeaway for click and collect. There’s an extensive range of dishes to use from, offering a welcome change from the standard takeaway options we’ve all come to inspect. A large selection of the standard menu is available, including carbonara, tagliatelle, poached salmon and slow cooked BBQ pork. On Sundays, you can order a takeaway carvery, which includes two meats, cauliflower cheese, green veg, roast potatoes, carrots, parsnips, Yorkie, stuffing and gravy.

Opening times

The pub is open every day, but serving times do vary. We recommend calling ahead of your visit to double check what’s planned during your stay at South Lytchett Manor caravan park. There are special nights throughout the week, including Wednesday curry night and Thursday steak night.
