South Lytchett Manor Achieves Exceptional 99% Score in VisitEngland Assessment

South Lytchett Manor Caravan & Camping Park is delighted to announce that it has once again retained its prestigious Five Star rating and Gold Award from VisitEngland, following a recent assessment that awarded the park an outstanding overall quality score of 99%. The park has maintained its 5-star rating and Gold status since 2019.

The annual inspection, conducted in June 2025, commended the park for its unwavering commitment to excellence across all areas, including cleanliness, facilities, customer service, sustainability, and innovation. South Lytchett Manor achieved 100% scores in several key categories, including cleanliness, park grounds, glamping accommodation, toilet and washing facilities, and touring pitches.

The inspector described the park as a “huge credit to the family and teams involved,” noting the immaculate standards across the board and the impressive attention to detail throughout the guest experience.

Highlights of the report include:

• Impeccable cleanliness across all areas, with spotless reception and café spaces and immaculate shower and toilet blocks.
• Excellent guest arrival experience, with guests personally escorted to their pitches.
• A popular café extension with handmade soft furnishings, and the new Manor’s Tap Bar, a converted airstream trailer, offering drinks and outdoor seating.
• Beautifully maintained park grounds, with a strong emphasis on biodiversity, conservation, and seasonal plantings.
• Stunning glamping options, including Star Gazing Yurts, Nomadic Bell Tents, Roman caravans, Glamping Pods and Shepherd Huts – all finished to a high standard and designed with privacy and accessibility in mind.
• A child-friendly recreation area, fenced and equipped for safety, alongside a large open space for games and picnics.
