Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens on the Jurassic Coast is a unique garden with its own microclimate. The plant collection has been growing for 25 years, featuring rare and exotic plants from all over the world. The garden is a mix of formal and informal flowers and is famous for its Camellia groves, Magnolias, Rhododendron, and Hydrangea collections.
Visitors can enjoy the Coffee Shop, Gift Shop, and Plant Centre. The Garden offers free car parking and is dog-friendly. The Gardens provide stunning views of the Dorset Jurassic Coast, including the Burma Rope Bridge, Mediterranean Bank, and Lily Ponds.
Located near Weymouth, the Gardens host various events throughout the year, including Illuminate Winter Lights, theatre shows, plant sales, and a unique wedding venue.
